Is there any good face washers that really does prevent acne and blackheads?

i've used some face wash that says is prevents acne but i still get. so is there anyone that actually does really work that you can get form a drugstore i.e. neutrogena, clean and clear.....Is there any good face washers that really does prevent acne and blackheads?
Neutrogena Wave works great. But use it twice a day morning and night.

Well Clean and clear blackhead scrub works really well for all sorts of acne as it has beeads in it that scrapes away all the acne spots. But for your black head i suggest that you put your over steam as this softens the black head and then simply pops out however you need to wash your face after because if you don't it will spread. I use Mary Kay's Veolocity pack. It cleanes your pores, and the face moisturises your skin and puts a seal around your pores to keep dirt out. I LOVE it, but it runs $50 for the pack.
I use Olay Pore Redefining Scrub, I have tryed all of the other brands including Proactive and Olay seems to work for me.
