Wash your face often with warm not hot water. My mother used to squeeze my father's black head without any problems to his baby soft skin, but it's not recommened.
Look up in the phone book for a salon that does microdermabrasion. My understanding is that microdermabrasion on those specific areas can get rid of and prevent black heads.
