Hot compress and see if you can work them out of your pores.

Compress, push nose upwards and acne face wash
TONER is the best answer for keeping them away.
Face wash, pat dry apply toner (witch hazel)
and it's best if you sprat it on with a disposable spray bottle you use for traveling. (Alba makes a great toner)How do i prevent blackheads?
Black heads are like...basically dirt and oil and crap backed up so...wash your face a lot. And gently. Being gentle is actually a lot more effective than being rough. Roughness will only hurt your skin.
