many ways to keep yourself away from black/white heads... USE good scrubber, for exp. LOREAL. you also get the blackhead stripes in the supermarkets.


And without spending much money easy home treatment is.. boil water... pour it in a big vessel and steam your face by covering with a towel.. so that the steam is not going out..


cover your nails with tissue paper and slowly press on nose with two finger nails... so that they come out easily...DO not cream your face... just use a toner.
Don't eat anything greasy or eat chocolate. Don't touch your face with your hands too much, or the natural oils that are in your hands will collect in your face. This is all I can think of to help you.
